What is personal training at STRONG?

Personal training starts with you, not a template. Before your first session, we learn your goals, health history, injuries, and what you want to get back to doing.

Our trainers then build a program for your body and adjust it as you get stronger. Every session is guided by a trainer, every exercise is chosen for a reason, and you always know what you're working toward.

It's the best fit if you want the most attention, have a specific goal, or are rebuilding after an injury or health condition.

What's included

  • Every session coached. You'll never train alone
  • A success-planning session that covers your goals and health history
  • A custom program built for you
  • 2 coached sessions a week
  • Plus 1 Circuit session a week
  • A trainer who knows your history and adjusts every session

Two ways to train

Both options give you a custom program and a trainer who knows you. The difference is who's training alongside you.

Is personal training right for me?

Personal training is a great fit if you:

  • Are rebuilding strength after an injury, surgery, or chronic pain
  • Were told by your doctor to build strength or bone density
  • Have a specific goal, like better balance or getting off the floor with ease
  • Want a trainer focused on you every session

Scheduling

A schedule built around your life.

We plan your sessions around your schedule, ability, hobbies, and personality, so training fits your week instead of fighting it.

Set it and forget it

You get a consistent weekly time, like Mondays and Fridays at 3:45 pm. A reliable schedule makes it easy to stay consistent, and easy to add an extra Circuit session when you want one.

Workout partners you look forward to

In Semi-Private, we pair you with like-minded members at a similar ability, along with a trainer committed to helping you succeed.

Confirmed every week

At the end of each week, we confirm your schedule for the next one, so you always know when you're training.

Life happens. We adjust.

Doctor's appointment? Family in town? We move your session so you still get it. If we can't make it work, our staff will book you an extra Circuit session instead.

Personal training questions

What's the difference between Semi-Private and Private?

Both give you a custom program and a trainer who knows your history. In Semi-Private, you train on your own program alongside a few others, with up to 6 members per trainer. In Private, it's just you and a trainer.

I have an injury or a health condition. Is personal training right for me?

It's often the best fit. We start with your history and adjust every session to how you feel and move that day. Our trainers will swap or adjust anything that doesn't feel right. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.

Can I switch between Semi-Private and Private later?

Talk with our team. Many members start in Private and move to Semi-Private as they gain confidence, or the other way around as their goals change.

Do I still get Circuit?

Yes. Semi-Private and Private both include one Circuit session a week, so you get the community too.
